Reminders
A reminder is a dated follow-up attached to a contact, with a title, a due time, and a priority, that SnapContact surfaces in Today / Upcoming / Overdue views and notifies you about on Android. Reminders are how the app enforces follow-up discipline: the lead you captured is only valuable if you act before it goes cold.
Anatomy of a reminder

Quick templates
Three built-in templates cover the most common follow-ups so you don't retype them:
- Follow up — a general nudge to re-engage.
- Send quote — for a pending proposal.
- Book call — to schedule a conversation.
You can always write a custom title instead; the templates are shortcuts, not a fixed list.
Today, Upcoming, Overdue
Reminders are organized into three views so you always know what needs attention:
- Today — due now; your daily action list.
- Upcoming — scheduled ahead, so nothing sneaks up.
- Overdue — past due and not yet done, so slipped follow-ups stay visible instead of disappearing.
You can mark a reminder done, snooze it, or reschedule from these views.
Notifications
On Android, a due reminder fires a notification (and updates the app badge), provided you've allowed notifications — the permission is requested when you first set something up, not at launch. The app also supports birthday reminders. On the web, due items live in the Today/Upcoming/Overdue views rather than as OS notifications. Reminders created offline are saved locally and reconciled when you reconnect.
